This week was the URPA conference down in St George for Tyler's work. So we went down with him. It was super fun.
The place that we stayed at was so awesome and a little TOO nice . . . if you know what I mean. We just started referring to it as the House of DO NOT TOUCH! Poor Bailey was chastised every 2 1/2 seconds for touching things she wasn't supposed to. But they really were very very good and we had fun.
The second night we were there, the conference had a BBQ at Washington City Community Center where they have a nice pool . . . kind of like Legacy Center. So we ate good food and then went swimming. I would have taken pics in the pool, but I was busy playing, too :)
THANKFULLY, our good friends, the Menzie's live down in Hurricane and were completely willing to drive in and out seventy times to take us where ever and play with us (and take ADORABLE pics of the girls . . . some to come soon!). Tuesday during the day we went over to their house to just hangout and they played with play dough. Emily is amazing in and that she MAKES her play dough, so it's awesome! So she whipped up a fresh batch, even though they already had enough to play with. She's so great! We only had as much fun as we did b/c of Emily, Jonas, and Makai . . . so thanks, you guys!
We drove straight home on Wednesday and didn't even stop . . . well, we stopped on our off ramp when we ran out of gas :) I'm serious. Come to find out, we really have a limited amount of time to get gas when the good old Trooper hits "E". Thankfully, my mom was on her way home and so she picked up the girls and me while my dad made a run for gas. So dang funny!
All in all, it was a raging success. And, yes, I'm glad that we went :)
